frame is a project which began by developing the concept of using my own artistic practice as a tool to engage with others.

 

Developed in order to alleviate anxieties associated with drawing, facilitating the participant to enjoy the simple pleasure of drawing a line whilst slowing down the process of looking; frame acts as a tool through which to look, referencing the plethora of framing devices we use everyday - the empty frame was intended to highlight the ownership and decision making we have in what we view, record and surround ourselves with.
